Start here when a customer, an auditor, a regulator or a tender asks you to prove that you are compliant. I determine what actually applies to you and translate it into policies, controls and evidence you can show.
Sustainability & ESG
Start here for CSRD and ESRS reporting, EU Taxonomy, carbon footprint and Scope 3, or a circular strategy. From the first baseline to reporting that survives limited assurance.
ISO & management systems
Start here when certification is a customer requirement or a growth condition. ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 42001, 45001 and 50001, from gap analysis to certificate, and integrated where that avoids duplicate work.
Contract management
Start here when contracts are signed but nobody tracks what was agreed. Review, templates, SLAs, obligation registers and renewal signals, plus support in negotiation and dispute.
Project management
Start here when the change is clear but delivery is not. PRINCE2-based structure, governance and stage control, as interim project lead or as an independent review of a project in difficulty.
