I am Roy Zopfi. I run Royaal Project on my own. Behind me are 22 years in business administration, circular economy, compliance and project management, across organisations of very different sizes and in both the public and the private sector.
In all that time one conviction has not moved: structure, clarity and pragmatism create more lasting value than complexity.

Background
Where my experience actually sits
Four fields, built up across organisations of different scales and sectors. I use them together rather than one at a time.
On project management, I am PRINCE2 certified, currently ongoing. Over two decades I have delivered projects end to end, from initiation to formal closure, in complex multi-stakeholder environments in both the public and the private sector.
On compliance and regulation, I work hands on with European regulatory frameworks including GDPR, NIS2, the EU AI Act, CSRD and DORA. My aim is to make compliance manageable without losing sight of the business context you operate in.
On sustainability, I have a deep grounding in circular economy principles, ESG strategy and sustainability reporting. The work I enjoy most is translating abstract frameworks into concrete operational programmes that hold up under scrutiny.
And on contract management, the work runs from drafting and negotiation to full lifecycle management and dispute resolution. I help organisations protect their contractual position and get what was actually agreed.

Why I keep these disciplines together
Sustainability without governance is wishful thinking. Compliance without project structure stays theory. Contracts without monitoring are just paper.
So at Royaal Project I combine them deliberately. My work connects these areas, so that what is agreed actually gets done, and what is reported is actually true.
I do not write reports that collect dust. If something is agreed, it should actually get done. If something is reported, it should actually be true. That is the whole job.
