I am a results-driven and strategically minded independent consultant with a background in business administration, circular economy, compliance and project management. Over more than two decades I have worked across organisations of different scales and sectors — always with the same conviction: that structure, clarity and pragmatism create more lasting value than complexity.
At Royaal Project I combine these disciplines deliberately. Sustainability without governance is wishful thinking. Compliance without project structure stays theory. Contracts without monitoring are just paper. My work connects these areas, so that what is agreed actually gets done, and what is reported is actually true.

Deep grounding in circular economy principles, ESG strategy and sustainability reporting. I translate abstract frameworks into concrete operational programmes that hold up under scrutiny.
Compliance & regulation
Practical experience with European regulatory frameworks including GDPR, NIS2, EU AI Act, CSRD and DORA. I make compliance manageable without losing sight of the business context.
Contract management
From contract drafting and negotiation to full lifecycle management and dispute resolution. I help organisations protect their contractual position and get what was actually agreed.

As an independent consultant I work without an agency overhead or a preferred approach to sell. My starting point is always the situation your organisation is actually in not a standard methodology applied regardless of fit.
I am direct, structured and realistic about what is achievable in a given timeframe. I do not produce reports that collect dust, I work with your team toward outcomes that are visible, measurable and sustainable after the engagement ends.
