ISO certification & standards
International standards as the foundation
for quality, trust and continuity.
I guide organisations in setting up, implementing and maintaining the right ISO certification, from gap analysis to certification and beyond. Five standards, one management system, four phases, the same route whichever standard you start with.
Three standards of equal size, overlapping. The shared core in the middle is the single management system you actually build and maintain.
One system, several standards
The standards overlap far more than they differ
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 ask for many of the same things: leadership, scope, risk, documented processes, internal audit and management review. What changes between them is the subject, not the structure.
So the work is to build one management system and let each standard draw on the parts it needs, instead of running three systems side by side that duplicate each other.
Standards I work with
Which standards fit your organisation
ISO standards give organisations a proven framework to structure processes, manage risks and demonstrate quality to clients, partners and regulators. I help you choose the right standard and guide the entire path to certification.
ISO 9001
Quality management
The global standard for quality management systems. Applicable to any organisation that wants to structurally improve processes and customer satisfaction.
ISO 14001
Environmental management
For organisations that want to manage their environmental impact systematically and demonstrate commitment to sustainability to clients and stakeholders.
ISO 27001
Information security
The international standard for information security management. Essential for organisations that handle sensitive data and want to demonstrate it is properly protected.
ISO 45001
Occupational health & safety
For organisations that want to proactively manage health and safety risks for employees and contractors, and demonstrate this with an internationally recognised system.
ISO 50001
Energy management
For organisations working to reduce energy consumption and costs. Increasingly relevant in the context of sustainability reporting and EU energy legislation.
Integrated
Integrated management systems
Multiple standards, one coherent system. I help organisations combine ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 into an integrated management system that avoids duplication.
Certification is not a stamp. It is proof that your organisation is genuinely structured and in control, which is why the system has to work in practice before it works on paper.

The certification path
How I guide you
from start to certificate
I guide the entire path, from the first baseline to maintaining your certificate year after year. The four phases below are the same route whichever standard you start with.
1
Gap analysis & baseline
Where does your organisation stand today? I map the gap between your current situation and the requirements of the standard.
2
System design & implementation
I help design the management system: policies, procedures, responsibilities and documentation, embedded in the organisation you actually have.
3
Internal audit & management review
Before the external audit, I conduct an internal audit and management review to identify any remaining gaps and confirm readiness.
4
Certification & ongoing maintenance
Support during the certification audit and structural maintenance after, so your certificate stays valid and the system continues to improve.
